Goodwall Child Safety and CSAE Policy

Goodwall is committed to protecting young people online and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We maintain strict policies and take action to uphold a safe and respectful community.

1. Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Goodwall enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitative behavior on our platform. This includes:

Prohibiting the sharing, solicitation, or promotion of any form of CSAM.
Removing and reporting CSAM to relevant law enforcement where relevant.
Actively monitoring and updating our policies to align with the latest legal and technological developments in child safety.
Explicitly prohibiting CSAE in our publicly accessible Terms of Service.

2. Reporting and In-App Feedback Mechanism

We empower users to report any inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app. Users can:

Flag posts and profiles for review using the Report feature.
Removing and reporting CSAM to relevant law enforcement where relevant.
Submit concerns related to child safety via our in-app Support Center.

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, including content removal, account suspension, and reporting to law enforcement where required.

3. Addressing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

We use advanced moderation tools and manual reviews to identify and remove CSAM.
Any detected CSAM is promptly reported to the relevant authority in compliance with applicable laws where necessary.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases involving CSAM.
We maintain procedures to act swiftly upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

Goodwall strictly prohibits the following behaviors that endanger or exploit children:

Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (e.g., groping, caressing, or other forms of physical interaction).
Child grooming (e.g., building relationships with a child online to facilitate exploitation).
Sexualization of minors (e.g., images or content that depict children in a sexualized manner).
Sextortion (e.g., using real or alleged access to a child’s intimate images for threats or blackmail).
Child trafficking (e.g., advertising or soliciting a child for sexual exploitation).

If we become aware of any such content, we will take immediate action, including removal, suspension of the account, and reporting to law enforcement.

Additionally, Goodwall does not allow content that appeals to children but includes:

Excessive violence, blood, or gore.
Depictions or encouragement of harmful and dangerous activities.
Content promoting negative body or self-image, including plastic surgery, weight loss, or other cosmetic modifications for entertainment purposes.

5. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

Goodwall complies with global child safety regulations, including but not limited to:

U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
UK Online Safety Act

We regularly review and update our processes to ensure continued compliance with these and other child protection laws.
