Sherryjo Crandall's post on Goodwall - Change is the hardest thing to bring about when you are directly affected by an issue, such as being homeless, I face it everyday. Educating people is hard when they cant show empathy. Sadly empathy comes from only experiencing it yourself. No one knows what it's like to be homeless unless they are homeless. I can keep telling my story and hope that someone hears it.
