Naziah Harper's post on Goodwall - At my dance studio, I find joy in mentoring young children. This experience has helped me become a better leader by providing me with opportunities to support and guide them. In turn, the children have also given me a chance to mentor and support them, which has been a rewarding experience. By helping others, I have learned more about myself and have grown as a person.
